Takeaway Pizza at The Oven, Bath

The Oven is a firm favourite in Bath for all pizza cravings, and we’re so happy that we can still enjoy them in these uncertain times where restaurants are closed (or open just for takeaway/delivery) and everything seems to have come to a standstill.

The lovely people over at the Oven asked if we wanted to review their delivery service, to which we said of course!

*We've been sharing daily updates on where to find things in Bath over on our instagram account, so make sure to check out our "coronavirus" highlight for info.*

๐Ÿ•Sicilian sausage, mushrooms, rocket & toasted walnuts [£13]
๐Ÿ• Classic pepperoni [£11]

The pizzas had a lovely soft and crunchy dough in the classic Neapolitan style and were topped with delicious fresh mozzarella. The pepperoni was spicy but not too salty, and we really liked the Sicilian sausage one which came with some nice crunchy walnuts.

๐Ÿซ Homemade Tiramisu - This was a great portion side and was very creamy with a hint of coffee. It wasn’t too sweet (yay, just as it should be) and the sponge fingers were super light and fluffy. [£6]

๐Ÿšš Delivery was fast (ordered on Deliveroo, but you can call The Oven directly too). The pizzas came in a cardboard box with no print for easy recycling.
